A budding toolkit maker about to take off. Those parts look very good just a word of advice: make sure the resolution of the kits is high enough to stand up to magnification. And also use PNG and not JPEG if you know how!

Honestly I don't care for this. All this is is FASA Graphics cut up. Really, anybody could do that. I would prefer to see some original work. I think its a bit of a stretch to call this "james43a's toolkit"

most of what I see for the FED stuff is old ships part just remade modified a little then it is someone KIT. Fed ship are easy to do anyone can make a fed ship or kit and you have to start some where

I think its a bit of a stretch to call this "james43a's toolkit" Then dont use them or go create Romulan or other alien ship parts yourself. He is just getting started as we all had to at one point. Your opinion is noted but dont use it like a hammer on this new artist. The more parts we have the better. He is right to say that Fed ships are easier and everybody here has parts for them. But other races are not so well represented and this attempt to add parts is welcomed, by me anyway. That's my two cents worth anyway.

It's a nice start and concept...I'd like to see more of it, and in a larger size.

I am ok with FASA cut up parts. FASA combined with some original work could make some interesting ships. As to the scale, there are some comparison charts out there that could help. I am on my iPhone right now and do not have access to them. I will try to sneak off from my wife and find them for you.

The resolution and size of the parts sheets is too low, young artist. It has to be the sane resolution as other parts kits like from Vance or JAFisher or DrX. When i go into Photoshop and try to work with your parts i zoom the parts up to 200% and the resolution is 72 dpi or digital pixels per inch. The Vance toolkits are 864 dpi and the IanKeldon pylons are 119 dpi.
You have done a good first toolkit and should be proud. Try to release your future kits at higher resolutions!
