Thanks guys. This one is a warp prototype marrying Starfleet and Vulcan warp technology. It was a success pushing the vessel to warp 9.5 however, the newer designs won Starfleet Command and only one was built with a second halted in construction. The second is used for spare parts or is even available to be finished if need.  |
