Cool. Were you inspired by STO designs? I'm getting a taste of that asthetic from it.

Looks a bit like an update to one of your Disco redesigns - not that that's a bad thing!

SCS means Space Control Ship? It does in SFB, if I remember correctly, but I'm not sure of what that role means in that game.
How do you envision this designs' role in space combat in the FASA game? How large is it? Does it carry fighters?

More to come I dont know how SFB does it but I'm sorta picturing this ship as a huge class 16+ in size and meant as a sorta of fully warp capable and mobile 'outpost' lol to control systems and patrol lanes. Which if you think about it likely ships like these would still be rare but if one didnt overfluff them with high end weps (Focusing instead on warp capble fighters say), but still gave it half decent reliable weapons that would keep the costs managable! And really make sense as a 'mobile base' operations for fleets Thoughts? Also hmmm this gives me an idea for the Kephans in my campaign!

In general a SCS is supposed to be used to control a system(s)/sector. They do possess carrier functions, and be used as a command ship from which fleet operations could be conducted from, but they are generally a one ship seize and control weapon. You can also think of it in terms of an air superiority fighter. After which an SCS can be used as a mobile base of operations.

She was developed during the tail end of the Dominion War, be was too late to see combat. The Klingons still produced the ships to help rebuild their fleets, and counter the Federation's Sovereign Class.

I like the new command pod style. Overlooking the battlefield in space unobstructed feels klingon to me given the original towers on a command pod on boom original.
