History- The Vincisson-Class was an improved, fully Aegis-Capable Escort Ship sent out with some later echelons, making use of improved Plasma firepower and long-range Phasers, often wearing down enemies from a distance. They have also provided aid to some ISC Outposts and Colonies on the frontier and provided troops and firepower to some Dreadnought and Starbase Assaults. They remained in service for decades, with some even lasting into the 2360s, with Cloak Charges in Romulan/ISC use.

History-
Another devastating command and control ship, developed to lead a massive Echelon of 48 ships, one which initially moved around some of the border zones between the other Nations, but which soon returned to the ISC Core Worlds in 2/3603.24 (March 24th, 2299) to drive away the Andromedans. The I.S.C.S Olas Torludrin (Name translating from mixed Veltressai/Rovillian for Mystic Plateau of the Peacekeepers) successfully destroyed five massive Andromedan Motherships, two of them being odd, four-nacelle designs, and 13 Satellite Ships.
Only one was built, due to the massive resources, and the ship, with it's massive entourage, arrived at Organia and remained there from 3/4812.03 (December 3rd, 2311) to 3/5105.30 (May 30th, 2313), overseeing Five major Treaties and helping with negotiations ending wars and declaring peace and trade between most of the nations, the Flagship itself was retired in 2/8106.02 (June 2nd, 2342), as 1X and 2X Cruisers being more efficient, and joining the Romulan Republic in 2/89 (2350), was enough to retire the Battleship, there being little point to it.
