History-
The Pons Allonsy's name is Pronhoulite for "Center of Well-Being and Unity of Spirit", and the class, along with several Police Flagships, became the first of the larger ISC Warships of the 23rd Century, and among the first to use 3, instead of 2 booms, having a somewhat sturdy hull, but weak shields, and relying on heavier Firepower, although it's point-defense (Pl-I) Firepower lagged miserably behind nearly every ISC starship that would follow. Due to only the occasional Monster to fight, and the ISC's tendency to hide and avoid conflict with the nearby Romulan, Gorn, Hassan and Galaxy Voyagers Forces, there was little percieved need for this class, and only the two initial prototypes were completed and used for the 1st and 2nd Echelons until being reassigned to Picket duty in 2/2307 (July, 2286), the I.S.C.S Epia Manstrom destroyed while engaging Starfleet forces led by the U.S.S Bremerton 10 years later, and the I.S.C.S Pons Allonsy retired in 2/39 (2302)
Ed Note-
This is one of Don Miller's 1000+ ships. Smeg only knows why it has such weak Shields, regardles I've stuck as close as possible to Don Miller's original design for both the STCS and SFCII:OP.
