Coast Guard Good Conduct Medal (red, white, red)
Coast Guard Restricted Duty Ribbon (maybe) or its the Antarctica Service Medal
The other ones were indistinguishable from what I could make on the screenshot. (all solid color

 I took better screen shots the first one was when he was at the windows so maybe some sort of color thing happened for that scene but after Helmut appears and there away from the windows the colors get more vibrant and stay that way for the rest of the movie. |
