I got a D7 from eBay - one of the wings is a little bent; not so most people would notice but us perfectionist nerds would find it disappointing!
The Oberth class, at least, was not bad.
Now all I need to do is get my hands on a Resin Z-1 Nova...
....anybody got a lead?

keep looking on Ebay type star Trek Resin or Star Trek FASA in the search field Although it can be expensive, it's probably your best bet. Just keep yourself to a limit on price you are happy with, and stick to it. I personally don't go too mad and get caught up in any bidding wars if I see a auction with a low bid price. I know that players are on the look out for them (especially here), and I'm personally only after a few of the minis I don't have many copies off. (I always tried to get at least three of every mini except the battleships) Mark

@kaiser
Yeah, I've seen some of the FASA minis go for what I consider silly prices recently.
About 18 months ago, it was the FASA RPG modules and rules that were going thru the roof, although that seems to have settled down now.

I'm not coughing up more than $20 for a Z-1. That's why I was hoping someone would offer a resin copy of theirs...

Mark Even the prices for Micromachines has shot up, some going for as much as a metal FASA mini. It seems the most cost-effective way to obtain FASA-like minis is to kitbash them using ADB minis as the starting point. (at least the ADB minis can be bought new at a reasonable price). At least for Klingon and Fed ships anyway (and older Rom designs).

Plus, if you have things like SF memorabilia shows you can get to, check out the stalls selling old toys, I've been lucky that way for two small loads of FASA minis twice before.
You might get lucky for what you're after, Gorn.

When a resin miniature is pulled from the mold to soon before it has fully hardened or excessive heat in the delivery truck in shipping may warp part's.Here's a fix for this ! 1.Dip offending part in hot water(NOT CRAZY HOT!) 2.without burning yourself carefully bend part to proper angle and hold till cool,or hold under cold water to fix in place. You want to go easy and do a little at a time,if you go to far just repeat process.It works for me!

^ An alternative to hot water is to warm it with a hair dryer.
