THANK YOU for making the nacelles and their support pylons STRAIGHT!
I used a hobby exacto knife whittling away and removing the very large tabs, way back in 1985, that made them deliberately crooked. Couldn't imagine at the time how the manufacturers didn't follow the drawing.

So, there was a hiccup with my domain name registration and it didn't get renewed. It is apparently hung up in some sort of limbo due to an error in transfer when the company hosting my site was bought out. It's a huge pain in the ass. Anyway, this means that for the time I cannot post images of my ships. I did however update the chandley model. Since I cannot show you pics here I'll just post a link to the ship in the warehouse. Always thought it needed a pair of deflector dishes - one on each side.
The old miniature I have actually has six small dents in the front of the after "deckhouse" right below the saucer so..?
I painted those light blue back when I built it (several million years ago - it seems).

The dorsal, ventral and lateral projections of this ship are my favorites...fore and aft views not so much.
I always thought the "wings" were too long and sweep too deeply, but in 1/4 views it looks nice as is.
Definately like this one compared to other frigates like the Kiev or weird concepts like the wilkerson.
