still safe. I got the vaccine and it took me for a lap. COVID was a better experience. I got the rare blood-pressure increase (about 18% of people and 20% of vaccinated who previously had covid). Here's teh weird part...I work out, exercise frequently and stay in shape. My BP is always like 120 over 70 or better. Within 5 days of the shot I had a screaming headache and sneezed out a blood clot the size of my hand, and nearly passed out lifting a patient which was only 20% of my squat weight. I ended up in the E.R. getting my chest radiographed and troponin levels done, they thought it was myocarditis. Lucky me it wasn't. When I got back to my regular Dr, even though I had a BP Spike from normal to 180/110 (spike protein interferes with ACE2 receptors), he said I still had to get the second one. "Take your medicine son". I waited till I got off work, then like a good scientist, followed my BP Religiously in the weeks that followed. IT dropped to normal within 2 weeks, then went up again to 180/100 5 days after the second shot. To the medical professionals that treated me, the vaccine was THE LAST thing that could have caused my symptoms. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8206586/

Sure sounds like it did something to you. I can't imagine that there's no correlation to be seen there.

rabidSorry to hear you've been through a VERY tough time. While seemingly rare, you've obviously suffered side effects. Be well Sir.

It's worse than people think. All the anti-vaccine drivel seems to be provoked by hiding data or being obscure about it. Why can't these companies be honest?
I survived it but man...save your vaccine data because I bet in 29 years there will be a class action and a 1-800-number.
Funny shit. But I'm alive. Hope I never have to take another one.

Thing is - I had two shots of the Pfizer vac and all I had was some muscle soreness. Mostly after the second shot. Virtually nothing to speak of from the second.
The problem with some medications (vaccines included) is that people are NOT all the same. It's not just a Male/Female or Black/White/Brown thing either. It may well be related to blood type and/or gut biome. Some people have reactions to medications that have nothing in them that they are allergic to - sometimes they even die as a result. The problem there is, how the heck do you test to be sure? Ya can't - the sample size required would be incredible...

This is true. But I am mainly referring to overt censorship of all vaccine reactions, I.e people can't post about them on socials.
At this point there is a vaccine and a medication for COVID. Why the hell are we still locked down to hell and back? This stuff is endemic and was always going to be.
